quite... convenient..

shower water is unstable... suddently become very hot or cold.

We have stayed there with small children. The hotel has prepared well additional beds for children. The room was keeping clean well, the facilities are also good enough for us. (We could watch Japanese TV program.) The hotel location is also nice.

The coffee machine which was placed at our room didn't work. The parking charge was absolutely expensive.

I liked the espresso machine in the room and molton brown toiletries. Value for money

The room was quite nice. The fitness center/swimming pool area (15€ per day) was nice. Very good Chinese restaurant right across the street. Good connections, near main railway station.

Everything costs insanely much, internet connection 20€ per day!!!! Even the fitness center was nice and clean there was not much devices and free weights were missing totally, the one device used for weight training was just a toy.

Hotel staff was very kind except some of them.

When I checked in the hotel, staff at front desk mentioned how we could order Japanese Breakfast. Their answer was clear that we would be able to order in front of room for breakfast before getting table. There was also information about Japanese breakfast in the room. However, they didn't have Japanese breakfast, and I believe they don't have any feeling to provide Japanese breakfast anymore, because hotel staff at breakfast mentioned they didn't receive order last 3 days, and so they didn't provide Japanese breakfast on that day. Completely service and explanation for client was different from between front desk and others. As usual western style breakfast, cost for it was too expensive at this hotel. It is better To buy something out side is most cost effective solution to avoid wasting money. I believe some of the hotel provides same level as breakfast as free of charge. Service of around table and chef in the kitchen was very kind.

The evening staff at the hotel bar were excellent.

Location and friendly staff. Everything is close, so no need to use even metro. But, remember to take cash with you. Most bars/restaurants doesn't accept credit cards if your bill is less than 25€ or do not accept at all :( (outside of hotel I mean!)

Dirty glasses were taken during the cleaning but no one return clean ones - that was strange, but we got new immediately when asked - so, everything is fine.

The room was spacy and had windows pointing east, so we had morning sun in the room. Bed was great. Other furniture and bathroom functional and rather pleasant in style. Quiet. Nice, top-floor, 15meter swimming pool.

We had requested a non-smoker room. Upon arrival at 11am our room was not yet ready and the receptionist talked us into an upgrade for 45 Euro/night for an available alternative (including free use of spa and wireless). This was obviously not a non-smoker room either. So we felt a bit cheated. - Very long distance between the elevators and our room. - The room had a coffee machine (good coffee) but much to our surprise no tea kettle (which is very unusual for a Japanese hotel). Tea from the coffee machine is no substitute for us. - The music in the main lobby was a mere nuisance at ten o´clock in the morning on a Saturday. Totally tasteless and a misfit for this type of hotel. And too loud. - No cold water dip basin in the sauna.

Hotel was in a good location, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel clean.

Our room was dated and could benefit from a refurb. Air-con did not work, room very stuffy. Bed uncomfortable.

I stayed for two nights and had a thoroughly great time. The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - couldn't fault it at all.

The location and the rooms were good.

No english TV, not one channel except for BBC news. I found this very strange as it was an international hotel. The chamber mades would start knocking on the room door from 7.30am every morning at least every half an hour until they got in. No iron facilitie available to the room was advised to go to the chamber made room and use there facilities. I found this very strange for a 5 star hotel.
